If you have prescriptions for a long-term condition, getting your drugs through the mail may be an option for you. Central Health Medicare Plan offers pharmacy mail-order through CVS/Caremark. You'll receive up to a 100-day supply of your medication through the mail. Enjoy the convenience of having your prescription(s) shipped right to your door without having to visit a local retail pharmacy.

How Do I Set Up Prescriptions with  CVS/caremark Mail Service Pharmacy? There are multiple ways to start using the  CVS/caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.

1) Online: Sign up online at www.caremark.com. If this is your first time on the website, follow the steps on the website.

 

2) Phone: Call CVS/caremark Mail Service Pharmacy at the toll-free number on the back of your ID card for assistance in switching to home delivery.

 

3) Mail: Complete the order form and send to  CVS/caremark Mail Service Pharmacy along with prescriptions and payment to the address shown on the form.
