Central Health Medicare plan offers a 24 hour Nurse Advice Line that you can call to obtain advice about your health condition(s) or your health concerns. Call to reach a nurse - any time of day or night (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
There is no cost to speak with a nurse.

As an added benefit, Central Health Medicare Plan also offers a 24 hour telehealth through Teladoc. Teladoc offers a doctor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available by web, phone, or mobile app.
Teladoc doctors can evaluate many health issues such as:
- Sinus problems
- Coughing or Bronchitis
- Allergies
- Cold and Flu symptoms
- Respiratory Infections
- Ear Infections
- Prescribe prescription medicines for your condition where appropriate.
There is no cost to you for calling or communicating with a Teladoc physician.
