  • Or download the Benefits Pro app to your smart phone. Search “Benefits Pro” in the App Store or Google Play.
In stores
  • Simply swipe your flex card at checkout to pay for your items at approved locations.
By Phone
  • Call NationsBenefits at the number below to place a phone order.
By Mail
  • Call NationsBenefits to request an OTC, Herbal, and Fitness catalog, or view the catalog at the links below.
  • Simply complete and mail the order form included in the OTC catalog.
