Molina Healthcare of Washington, Inc. Virtual Learning Series: Model of Care Training
Molina Healthcare of Washington is required to provide annual training regarding our Model of Care (MOC) program for SNP enrollees. The Model of Care is the foundation for Molina’s care management policy, procedures, and operational systems for our SNP population.
To ensure that Molina remains compliant with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulatory requirements for Model of Care training, receipt of a completed attestation form is due from PCP’s, Health Home Care Coordination Organizations and providers listed below to Molina no later than 12/31/24.

To help providers, meet this contractual requirement we will be hosting a series of MOC Webinars. This training will allow attendees to get the required training and to have the attestation process completed at the end of the training.

Joint MCO Live Training Sessions for Apple Health (Medicaid) Providers
Washington’s Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) request your participation in 2024 joint Apple Health Integrated Managed Care (IMC) & Medicare Advantage Provider Training. You will hear from Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc., Molina Healthcare of Washington, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint Washington about this training. Joining one of the training sessions will satisfy your annual attendance requirement under 42 CFR 38.608(a)(1)iv.
